Commission rates, projections, advances, overrides, and other calculations are provided for informational and planning purposes only. Results are estimates and may differ from carrier statements, contracts, or actual payments. Carrier documentation and your applicable agreement control in the event of a discrepancy.
Prohibited conduct
You may not share unauthorized access, misuse application data, interfere with the application, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the application for unlawful purposes.
Ownership
The application, its design, and its content are provided for Pinnacle business use. No right to copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the application is granted except as expressly authorized.
Availability and changes
The application may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. These terms may also be revised, and continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
The application is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Pinnacle is not liable for decisions, losses, or damages arising from reliance on estimates shown in the application.
